Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BFirst Apparel, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because we custom-print each design upon purchase, we do not keep a standing inventory.

Exchanges & Refunds

To continue providing high-quality custom apparel, we currently offer exchanges only. While we do not offer standard refunds for "change of mind" or "wrong size," we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for unique circumstances.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our provided address.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Since everything is custom-made, if your item arrives with a printing defect, damage, or is the wrong design, please contact us immediately. We will replace these items at no cost to you.

How to Request an Exchange:

Email our team at Ambassadors@shopbfirst.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with specific return instructions and the correct return address.
